The apartment has 38 square meters and offers two beds – a 140 cm double bed and a 160 cm
sofa bed.
We try to fulfill all the needs of our guests. The flexibility of check-in / check-out time depends on
availability.
Yes, pets are allowed with an extra charge of €10 per night. We also provide sleeping basket and
bowls for feeding pets.

The building has a parking lot for tenants only, but you can easily buy a daily or weekly parking
ticket through the payment machine. The price of the daily ticket is €13.26
The main square is located 0,9 km from us, just a 8-minute walk or two tram stops.

awaits you in the apartment.
